Fontlab does not sell, rent, or give out it's customers' information to other businesses.


We deliver all products electronically. This usually takes less than one business day, but may take up to three days depending on weekends, holidays, etc.


Fontlab offers 60-day money-back guarantees on all its products.

Your card issuer may charge you an International Service Fee. This fee is controlled and charged by your bank or card issuer, not by Fontlab Ltd. Inc, DalPay or its banks. Please refer to INTLServiceFee.com.

Technical support is provided free of charge to registered users, including providing replacements for lost serial numbers or installers (we formerly charged a nominal fee.

Updates and Upgrades

If you would like a version upgrade or announced free update of one of our products please fill in and submit one of the forms below. 

Please note that all submissions are verified. You must provide a valid registered user name and serial number to get an update or upgrade.  Please also note that only intra-version updates are free. For version upgrades please use the version upgrade order form at the bottom of the page. JavaScript must be enabled in your browser for this form to work.

Request Replacement Serial Number or Installer

If you have lost your installer or serial number, we will provide a replacement for you if you fill out this form. There is no longer a service fee for this.
